We are excited to offer a unique opportunity to join us as an equity co-founder at Launch Legends, a pioneering venture that merges Web3 blockchain technology with the burgeoning creator industry. This role places you at the heart of the convergence between Web3 and the creator economy through our innovative Autheo Layer-1 blockchain platform (Testnet Launching in October) and GO WFO extreme sports creator network built on Autheo.

We are launching our Cosmos Layer-1 Blockchain in October with a Node Sale in November. We will be conducting our Public Token Sale in January. Until Token Sale, equity and tokens only; and after a successful token sale we will onboard cofounders for salary plus equity and tokens.

• Collaborate with a team of seasoned entrepreneurs who have successfully launched ventures nationally and internationally, raised capital exceeding $500 million, and spearheaded several high-revenue disruptive projects.
• Work alongside our global team of 55 experts to position Launch Legends as a leader in the creator network, with the potential to revolutionize the industry.

Future Compensation Plans

While this is initially an equity-only role, our comprehensive tokenomics plan includes offering tokens to co-founders upon completion. Following our anticipated public token sale within the next six months, we plan to introduce salaries for both full-time and part-time positions.

About the Organization

Launch Lends has been under development for over two years. We are gearing up to launch:

1. Autheo: Our Layer-1 blockchain platform tailored for creators to own, expand, and monetize their networks.
2. GO WFO: The first Layer-2 Creator Network focused on extreme sports operating on the Autheo platform.

These initiatives are set to transform the creator industry, projected to reach $500 billion by 2027, and the extreme sports market, an exciting sports sector with over 400 million active partipants worldwide. 

THE ROLE: WEB BUSINESS ANALYST 

We're seeking a highly skilled Blockchain Developer with a deep understanding of Golang and the Cosmos SDK to join our team as a part-time Co-Founder. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with experienced, seasoned co-founders who have spearheaded numerous successful national and international ventures. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in building and evolving our revolutionary blockchain-powered platform.

Key Responsibilities

For the part time positions, responsibilites will revolve around the following key areas: 

• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs, objectives, and requirements within the Autheo blockchain and Creator SocialFi platform and ecosystem.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative, blockchain-driven solutions.
• Gather and document detailed business requirements, technical specifications, and use cases to support the development and scaling of the Autheo platform.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including flowcharts, diagrams, and workflows, to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new systems, leveraging Autheo’s Web3 capabilities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training and support to end-users across the Creator SocialFi ecosystem.
• Monitor, track, and report on project progress, ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics are aligned with business objectives and timelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Web3, blockchain, or decentralized finance (DeFi) environments.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technologies and their applications in social ecosystems, specifically related to Creator SocialFi platforms.
• Experience with business process modeling, analysis, and design.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business requirements.
• Proficient in tools like Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or other process diagramming software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in user acceptance testing (UAT) and providing end-user training.
• Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar software.

This role will be critical in enhancing the business processes of Autheo’s decentralized platform and driving innovation in the Creator SocialFi ecosystem.

Compensation:

• Equity and Token-based compensation as a part-time co-founder
• Ample Token allocations in the Autheo Layer-1 Blockchain
• After successful token sale (anticipated by January), salary will be there.
