As a part-time co-founder, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with our team of exceptional and seasoned co-founders who have pioneered numerous national and international ventures, amassing sales of several hundred million and a capital raise surpassing $500 million.

ROLE:  GRAPHICS DESIGNER

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
▪    Design visually compelling web graphics to ensure a consistent and engaging user experience on our platforms. 
▪    Create graphics for the community network, ensuring alignment with our brand's vision and mission. 
▪    Help produce and edit high-quality video openers and pictures for promotional campaigns, social media, and livestreams. 
▪    Collaborate with different teams to understand requirements and deliver graphics that align with the brand messaging and audience preferences. 
▪    Stay updated with design trends, ensuring GO WFO's visual identity remains modern and engaging. 
▪    Provide design input on various product offerings and applications, ensuring visual consistency. 
▪    Participate in brainstorming sessions, offering fresh design perspectives to elevate the brand. 
REQUIREMENTS: 
▪    Proven experience in web and digital design. 
▪    Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools. 
▪    Strong portfolio showcasing web graphics, video edits, and other related designs. 
▪    Ability to understand and translate brand strategy into compelling visual narratives. 
▪    Strong communication and collaboration skills. 
▪    Understanding of current design trends and techniques. 
▪    Time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. 
▪    Experience with UI/UX design principles is a plus.
