This role places you at the heart of the convergence between Web3 and the creator economy through our innovative Autheo Layer-1 blockchain platform and GO WFO extreme sports creator network built on Autheo.

• Collaborate with a team of seasoned entrepreneurs who have successfully launched ventures nationally and internationally, raised capital exceeding $500 million, and spearheaded several high-revenue disruptive projects.
• Work alongside our global team of 55 experts to position Launch Legends as a leader in the creator network, with the potential to revolutionize the industry.

Future Compensation Plans

While this is initially an equity-only role, our comprehensive tokenomics plan includes offering tokens to co-founders upon completion. Following our anticipated public token sale within the next six months, we plan to introduce salaries for both full-time and part-time positions.

About the Organization

Launch Lends has been under development for over two years. We are gearing up to launch:

1. Autheo: Our Layer-1 blockchain platform tailored for creators to own, expand, and monetize their networks.
2. GO WFO: The first Layer-2 Creator Network focused on extreme sports operating on the Autheo platform.

These initiatives are set to transform the creator industry, projected to reach $500 billion by 2027, and the extreme sports market, an exciting sports sector with over 400 million active partipants worldwide. 

ROLE:  SENIOR BLOCKCHAIN ARCHITECT

Position: Senior Blockchain Architecht

As Senior Blockchain Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and of our layer-1 blockchain development which is being built on the Cosmos SDK. Your expertise will be crucial in many key areas.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding Needs: Consulting with stakeholders to evaluate business requirements and define how blockchain technology appropriately addresses challenges.
• System Design: Architecting technical solutions covering consensus mechanisms, smart contracts, security models, data storage, and API layers.
• Technology Selection: Selecting the optimal blockchain frameworks, protocols, and supporting tools to fulfill the system's requirements.
• Development Guidance: Collaborating with developers to implement the solution, providing technical leadership, and ensuring adherence to architecture standards.
• Testing and Deployment: Overseeing unit testing, integration testing, and the overall deployment of the blockchain solution into production.
• Staying Current: Actively researching and exploring advancements in blockchain, recommending innovations, and updating architecture as needed.

Requirements:

• Deep Blockchain Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of distributed ledger technologies and various blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Avax, SHyperledger Fabric, Cosmos, ZetaChain, DeSo, etc.), and network fundamentals.
• Strong Programming: Fluency in languages relevant to blockchain development (Solidity, Rust, Python, Go).
• Systems Architecture: Proven experience in designing secure, scalable, and reliable software systems.
• Cryptography and Security: Comprehensive understanding of cryptographic algorithms, authentication mechanisms, and best practices for blockchain security.
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking: The ability to break down complex problems and design clear technical strategies.
• Communication and Leadership: Clear articulation of technical concepts and the ability to guide development teams.
