We are excited to offer a unique opportunity to join us as an equity co-founder at Launch Legends, a pioneering venture that merges Web3 blockchain technology with the burgeoning creator industry. This role places you at the heart of the convergence between Web3 and the creator economy through our innovative Autheo Layer-1 blockchain platform (Testnet Launching in October) and GO WFO extreme sports creator network built on Autheo.
We are launching our Cosmos Layer-1 Blockchain in October with a Node Sale in November. We will be conducting our Public Token Sale in January. Until Token Sale, equity and token compensation only; and after a successful token sale we will onboard cofounders for salary plus equity and tokens.

- Collaborate with a team of seasoned entrepreneurs who have successfully launched ventures nationally and internationally, raised capital exceeding $500 million, and spearheaded several high-revenue disruptive projects.
- Work alongside our global team of 55 experts to position Launch Legends as a leader in the creator network, with the potential to revolutionize the industry.
Future Compensation Plans
While this is initially an equity-only role, our comprehensive tokenomics plan includes offering tokens to co-founders upon completion. Following our anticipated public token sale within the next six months, we plan to introduce salaries for both full-time and part-time positions.
About the Organization
Launch Lends has been under development for over two years. We are gearing up to launch:
- Autheo: Our Layer-1 blockchain platform tailored for creators to own, expand, and monetize their networks.
- WFO: The first Layer-2 Creator Network focused on extreme sports operating on the Autheo platform.
These initiatives are set to transform the creator industry, projected to reach $500 billion by 2027, and the extreme sports market, an exciting sports sector with over 400 million active partipants worldwide.
THE ROLE: WEB3 PRODUCT MANAGER - LAYER-1 BLOCKCHAIN DEVELOPER ECOSYSTEM
We are seeking an experienced Web3 Product Manager to lead the growth and development of our Layer-1 blockchain developer ecosystem. In this role, you will drive the strategy to attract and empower developers and entrepreneurs to build innovative decentralized applications using the Autheo SDK and platform. You will oversee the creation of developer tools, manage community engagement, and establish key partnerships to expand the ecosystem. Key Responsibilities
1. Developer Ecosystem Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to attract and retain developers within the Web3 ecosystem, specifically focused on building with the Autheo SDK and platform.
- Identify key developer needs, challenges, and pain points to inform the ongoing development and enhancement of the platform.
2. Platform Enhancement:
- Lead the development of tools, APIs, and SDKs to empower developers to build scalable and innovative applications on the Autheo blockchain.
- Ensure the platform is user-friendly with comprehensive documentation, tutorials, and technical support that meet developer expectations.
3. Community Building:
- Engage with the developer community by organizing and participating in events, hackathons, and online forums to foster a vibrant and active ecosystem.
- Collaborate with developer advocates to create educational content and resources to support the growth of the developer community.
4. Partnerships and Integrations:
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with other Web3 projects to enhance the offerings available to developers using the Autheo platform.
- Collaborate with third-party developers to integrate their solutions into the Autheo ecosystem and Application Catalog.
5. Feedback and Iteration:
- Collect and analyze feedback from developers through surveys, interviews, and community engagement to guide product improvements and prioritize new features.
- Regularly evaluate developer satisfaction and address challenges to continuously improve the developer experience.
6. Performance Metrics:
- Define and track key metrics to assess the growth, engagement, and satisfaction of the developer community.
- Use data-driven insights to refine the developer ecosystem strategy and enhance platform features and resources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in Web3, blockchain, or decentralized ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of Layer-1 blockchain technology, developer tools, APIs, and SDKs.
- Experience with developer community engagement, partnerships, and technical content creation.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to work closely with developers, entrepreneurs, and cross-functional teams.
This role is essential for driving the success of the Autheo Layer-1 blockchain by ensuring developers and entrepreneurs have the tools, support, and community needed to build innovative applications within our ecosystem.

- Equity and Token-based compensation as a part-time co-founder
- Ample Token allocations in the Autheo Layer-1 Blockchain
- After successful token sale (anticipated by January), salary will be there.
