Future Compensation Plans

While this is initially an equity-only role, our comprehensive tokenomics plan includes offering tokens to co-founders upon completion. Following our anticipated public token sale within the next six months, we plan to introduce salaries for both full-time and part-time positions.

About the Organization

Launch Lends has been under development for over two years. We are gearing up to launch:

1. Autheo: Our Layer-1 blockchain platform tailored for creators to own, expand, and monetize their networks.
2. GO WFO: The first Layer-2 Creator Network focused on extreme sports operating on the Autheo platform.

These initiatives are set to transform the creator industry, projected to reach $500 billion by 2027, and the extreme sports market, an exciting sports sector with over 400 million active partipants worldwide.

Job Title: Senior Cryptographer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HotStuff Consensus Algorithm Developer to join our team of blockchain experts. As a HotStuff Consensus Algorithm Developer, you will be responsible for implementing and customizing the HotStuff consensus algorithm for our Cosmos SDK-based blockchain. You will work closely with our team of developers, researchers, and architects to design and develop a scalable, secure, and efficient consensus algorithm that meets the needs of our decentralized application.

Responsibilities:

* Implement and customize the HotStuff consensus algorithm for our Cosmos SDK-based blockchain

* Collaborate with our team of developers, researchers, and architects to design and develop a scalable, secure, and efficient consensus algorithm

* Conduct research and development to improve the performance, security, and scalability of the HotStuff consensus algorithm

* Optimize the consensus algorithm for our specific use case and requirements

* Develop and maintain high-quality, well-documented code

* Participate in code reviews and ensure that the code meets our quality and security standards

* Collaborate with our testing team to develop and execute tests for the consensus algorithm

* Troubleshoot and debug issues with the consensus algorithm

* Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in consensus algorithms and blockchain technology

Requirements:

* At least 3 years of experience in blockchain development, with a focus on consensus algorithms

* Strong understanding of the HotStuff consensus algorithm and its implementation

* Experience with Cosmos SDK and Go programming language

* Strong programming skills in Go, with experience in developing high-performance, concurrent systems

* Experience with testing and debugging distributed systems

* Strong understanding of cryptography and cryptographic protocols

* Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Have:

* Experience with other consensus algorithms, such as PoW, PoS, or PBFT
* Experience with distributed systems, such as Apache Kafka or Amazon SQS
* Experience with cloud computing, such as AWS or Azure
* Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
* Experience with version control systems, such as Git
