Future Compensation Plans

While this is initially an equity-only role, our comprehensive tokenomics plan includes offering tokens to co-founders upon completion. Following our anticipated public token sale within the next six months, we plan to introduce salaries for both full-time and part-time positions.

About the Organization

Launch Lends has been under development for over two years. We are gearing up to launch:

1. Autheo: Our Layer-1 blockchain platform tailored for creators to own, expand, and monetize their networks.
2. GO WFO: The first Layer-2 Creator Network focused on extreme sports operating on the Autheo platform.

These initiatives are set to transform the creator industry, projected to reach $500 billion by 2027, and the extreme sports market, an exciting sports sector with over 400 million active partipants worldwide. 

The Opportunity

Role Overview: Senior Cosmos Blockchain Developer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Blockchain Developer to join our team and play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of our cutting-edge blockchain solutions based on Cosmos SDK and CometBFT (Tendermint). You will be responsible for software architecture development, feature ideation, and creating third-party services rooted in the developed blockchain.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop a new blockchain from scratch using Cosmos SDK and CometBFT (Tendermint), ensuring robust architecture and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create third-party services and enhance the core functionalities of the developed blockchain.
• Conceptualize and implement innovative features, balancing user experience and technical complexity.
• Maintain and optimize the existing blockchain infrastructure, ensuring high performance, security, and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and mentoring junior developers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the blockchain ecosystem.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in blockchain technologies.
• At least 2 years of expertise with Cosmos SDK, CometBFT (Tendermint).
• 3 or more years of development experience using Golang.
• Comprehensive knowledge of blockchain architecture, design, development, and maintenance.
• Proven track record with at least one production-ready blockchain project (testnet or mainnet phase).
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with smart contract development and deployment.
• Familiarity with blockchain consensus mechanisms and cryptographic protocols.
• Knowledge of distributed systems, peer-to-peer networks, and decentralized applications.

Compensation:

• Equity-based compensation as a part-time co-founder
• Once raise funding salary will be there.
